奶咖

其实不是 coffee 的粉丝,倒是更喜欢牛奶里面稍微沾上一些咖啡的味道。最近实验了几次,recipe 如下,按照一杯量来算:

  1. 倒半杯 half&half(根据最终的 cup 来决定),加入适量的 vanilla syrup 决定成品甜度和香味
  2. 使用 milk steamer 将牛奶沫化,手法一般都是将出汽口浸没在牛奶中,稍微抽出繁复几次,蒸汽会迅速加热牛奶,能看到牛奶明显体积变大
  3. 在杯中倒入 nitro cold brew coffee 大约 1/4 杯,这种咖啡由于充入气体,和奶泡混合后非常顺口
  4. 将牛奶和奶泡倒入杯中
